Outrigger Energy Commences Development of Comprehensive Midstream System in Delaware Basin

DENVER, COLORADO – March 17, 2014 – Outrigger Energy LLC (“Outrigger”) announced today that it has commenced development of a midstream system in the Delaware Basin of West Texas.  The Outrigger system will initially be located in Loving and Winkler Counties, Texas and will provide producers with a complete wellhead midstream solution.  Outrigger has received acreage dedications from an independent producer to anchor the system and is in discussions with several more to further expand it.

Outrigger’s facilities will include wellhead gathering pipelines for natural gas, crude oil and produced water, three field-level compressor stations, and a cryogenic processing plant with capacity up to 60 MMcf/d which also includes treating capabilities. The crude oil system will connect to multiple takeaway pipelines as well as a potential rail outlet in Wink, Texas.

Dave Keanini, CEO, stated, “Outrigger is pleased to have the opportunity to provide a complete midstream solution to our customers in the Delaware Basin.  This region is experiencing a high level of drilling activity and focus from producers and we are excited to assist them in getting their production to market in a safe, cost-effective, and reliable manner.”
